A Fukuoka assurance office built around the audit file
Maple Crest Assurance Office exists to deliver independent financial audits and related assurance for companies that keep their books close to operations — manufacturers, trading firms, and subsidiaries across Fukuoka Prefecture.
Origin
The practice grew from engagement work on statutory audits for regional companies whose prior auditors rotated partners too quickly for the finance team to build a working rhythm. We opened under the Maple Crest name to keep partner continuity on the file — same reviewers across consecutive year-ends whenever independence rules allow.
How we work
We plan materiality in writing, observe inventory where balances warrant it, and discuss draft findings before the report is locked. Fieldwork days are scheduled against your close calendar, not an abstract utilisation target. Japanese and English working papers are available as agreed in the engagement letter.

Most of our inventory observations and bank confirmation follow-ups happen within Fukuoka Prefecture. That proximity lets us visit warehouses outside the city without turning every count into a multi-day expedition — and it keeps face-to-face closing meetings practical when numbers move late.
